We suggest to buy true to size as your child is buying in other brands or to size up one size. There may be specific sizing notes under each style so please review. For example, we suggest to size up in the Toddler Sizes (2,4,6) of the Smocked Dress.
Additionally, we would love your feedback on sizing so we can improve, so please do share your findings with us at customercare@byrneandbittle.com.
Please go to the Returns link under "Shipping, Returns and Exchanges" and do a complete return of your order. Then place a new order for the size you want. We pay shipping for the return but you will need to pay shipping for the new order.
We have a 14 day return policy. Please go to our Shipping and Returns page for full detail.
Currently there is a Spring/Summer collection and a Fall/Winter collection each year.
We will be happy to exchange size however we cannot issue a refund without the receipt and within 14 days of purchase.

Please refer to the tracking number in your order confirmation email. If you are unable to find the package please reach out to the shipping carrier.
Byrne & Bittle is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit with USPS, FedEx or UPS. Refunds/replacements cannot be guaranteed if the delivery address was correct as per the order that was placed. In this case, please contact USPS, FedEx, or UPS to file a claim for your lost package.
Currently we are only shipping in the United States, however this will change soon. If you are interested in an international shipment please reach out at customercare@byrneandbittle.com.
Yes! Please check the "GIFT BOX" option at check out and your gift will come beautifully wrapped in our signature Byrne & Bittle box with ribbon and tissue paper. Additionally, we will include a gift receipt without the price for all items in gift boxes.
