SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days pending credit card verification. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed within 3 -5 business days of the first business day after the order was placed, pending credit card verification.
Pre-orders will be shipped within 30 days or on the date that you have been notified.
Your order will be shipped via UPS, shipping speed will depend on the shipment method chosen at check-out. For UPS ground, please allow 2-7 days for the shipment to arrive.
Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, as Byrne & Bittle is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Lost or damaged packages must be reported directly to the shipment carrier with the tracking number emailed to you.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, Byrne & Bittle will be happy to issue you a full refund in the original from of payment if returned within 14 days of ship date. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned that are not in this condition will not be refunded.

Sale items are final sale, only full price items are eligible for return.
Please allow 1- 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement for credit card returns.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
